SCAUnlocked Terms of Service

SCAUnlocked is an educational MRCGP SCA practice platform for simulated consultation practice with AI patients, structured feedback, and one-time credit purchases. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals.

Credit pricing and access

Credits are purchased in GBP as one-time top-ups. The public pricing summary is 1 GBP = 2.5 credits, Text Case practice costs 1 credit, Colleague Case, Avatar Case, and Examiner Mode practice cost 2 credits, and Skills Studio uses 1 credit to unlock 6 plays. Credits are valid for 3 months from purchase and are spent when a case, feedback, or practice experience is started.

Free taster and refunds

New users can try a free five-minute taster before buying credits. Purchased credits are a digital service balance; if a platform issue prevents access to a purchased service or a credit is charged incorrectly, contact support and we will investigate refund or credit replacement options.

Educational use and AI safety

Simulated patients, feedback, and AI-generated dialogue are for MRCGP SCA examination preparation and professional education only. They must not be used for real patient care, diagnosis, prescribing, clinical decision-making, or as a guarantee of examination performance.

Do not upload identifiable patient information. For billing, account, privacy, or content concerns, email support@scaunlocked.com. We aim to respond within five UK working days.
